The booth has self-contained electrical and pneumatic panels plus a separate filter cartridge module for captured powder containment. The booths are arranged in configurations to meet your application requirement. The powder booth is ready for utility connection and start-up when shipped. Durable Spray Enclosures The spray enclosure is 18ga stainless steel with 11ga reinforced floor sheet. A polypropylene roof is standard on all booths. Polypropylene edge shields are included on the conveyor, automatic gun slots, and manual opening edges. A IFS booth reduces floor space demands. The narrow profile canopy, side draft filter modules, and floor level operator positions optimize valuable finish area floor space. Detachable Cartridge Filter Module The collector air is returned to the room through the most advanced filter technology. The detachable filter module contains horizontally mounted cartridges. The module is easily removed for color change and maintenance. The filter module system allows interchanging modules in multi-booth systems. Maximum Automatic Control The central logic controller (PLC) provides advanced logic capability for your automated booth system. Gun Trigger Control is easily added to existing systems. Gun control is ideal for single use powder applications or for reducing powder recycle ratios. Electrical and pneumatic functions can be monitored at the central control panel.
